New Interview with Jason Richmond on the Enterprise Podcast Network

The Enterprise Podcast Network (EPN) interviewed Ideal Outcomes’ founder and chief culture officer Jason Richmond for a segment called, “5 Steps to Successful Culture Change in the Workplace.”

The nine-minute interview conducted by host and producer Eric Dye went live on April 1st. 

In the interview, Jason explains why he wrote his book “Culture Spark: 5 Steps to Ignite and Sustain Organizational Growth” and provided his own definition of corporate culture.  

He addressed the issue of employee disengagement and what can be done to prevent it. And he discussed the critical traits of leaders who create positive cultures.
